Key deadlines, milestones, and planning tips for IAIIC 2025.

  • ✔️ August 11, 2025: First Monthly Challenge announced
  • ✔️ September 22, 2025: Begin brainstorming and research
  • ✔️ October 6, 2025: Final competition/chapter registration deadline
  • ✔️ October 24, 2025: Intro Video due
  • ✔️ November 14, 2025: Proposal due (feedback provided by AI professional)
  • ✔️ December 15, 2025: Final submission:
    • • Report or Video: 4-page report OR 3+ min video
    • • Prototype or MVP: Functional model or simulation
    • • Impact Evidence: Interviews, surveys, or testimonials
    • • AI Usage Disclosure: Clearly state where AI assisted
  • ✔️ December 29, 2025: Awards announced (may shift slightly based on volume)
  • ✔️ January 24, 2026: In-person Awards Ceremony – Location to be announced
  • ✔️ 3 Months After Chapter Formation: Host a local community event or workshop
